New routines

In an effort to bring some new routine into our lives, we've instituted whole family clean up time on Saturday mornings. This has greatly reduced arguing about picking up with the kids, created better balance in chore list assignments, and increased our ability to clean up quickly and get back to the fun stuff.  We've also begun transitioning to cleaning products that have less impact on the planet. As we run out of our old products, I'm replacing them with things like this concentrate from Grove Collaborative.  Reusable bottle to eliminate plastic waste and reduced emissions by not shipping water unnecessarily.  It's still cleaning, but we're working together and making small positive steps. #imperfectisokay #reduceplastic #reduceemissions #planet #people #place
